SUPPORT: HTTP://GOTWATER.ORG The farmers in this area of Ca. are starving and going out of business because they can't have much needed water that is readily available less than one half mile away. When does the protection of a rare smelt deserve priority over the the lively hood of farmers that feed America and the world??
