Folks this is how politics in DC works. If you remember, this was after Republicans took control of the House. Summary: No matter how great a proposal is for America, depending on who's in control the other party will seldom support it, unless not supporting it would be bad for their political careers. Just one more reason it time for TERM LIMITS.
