My HC Simple Idea

My simple HC idea ..... give all those that cannot afford HC Insurance a Govt. Health Care Card they can carry and submit for services at  Drs. Offices and Hospitals.  Bills will be paid for by the Fed Government.  Audits will be conduction annually on these folks to insure they are not abusing the system or any major cost items have to be pre-approved. Leave all the other insured folks alone.  If you get laid off or fired, your termination package includes a Government HC Card, you can use until you are employed and have company insurance.
