4 Years Mandatory Military Service for All Graduating High School Seniors

Teaching discipline and making sure each high school graduate can go to college....Mandate every high school student has to serve 4 years in some capacity in our military...solves military recruiting problems, teaches kids about forming good daily habits; and when their service is completed, they have money to go to college and in Texas all Veterans get better rates on home loans; every Veteran has access to low interests loans for up to 25 acres of land; they get free health care if they need it.
