Experts and Elites

Don't be scared of experts and elites. Experts often possess more data than judgment.  Elites
can become so inbred that they produce hemophiliacs who bleed to death as soon as they are nicked
by the real world.  Take care of your front line people that are out in the field fighting the wars and
bringing in the revenues.  Real leaders are combative and vigilant, in the face of these trends.
Never forget or fail to recognize who brought you to the dance! Build no ivory towers and you will never
get cut from broken glass.
