Ft. Worth Music Awards @ Music Awards at Love Shack

Join all of us good-lookin' Weekly folk at 6 p.m. tomorrow (Wed.) at Love Shack So7 (817 Matisse St. in So7, 817-348-9655) for a party celebrating the release of our 13th Annual Fort Worth Weekly Music Awards compilation CD. Live in Studio was recorded over two days last month at Eagle Audio Recording on the South Side and features new or previously unreleased tracks from several Music Awards nominees, including Whiskey Folk Ramblers, Chatterton, Titanmoon, Ginny Mac, The Dangits, Clint Niosi with The Theater Fire's James Talambas, Alan: The Universal Answer is Both, Jason Worley, Christian L. Williams, Browningham, and Pinkish Black. Proceeds from the $5 sale of the CD will benefit our Music Awards charity sponsor, the Tarrant Area Food Bank. At the Love Shack So7, there will be unplugged performances by several nominees, including Calhoun, Chatterton, Alan, Jason Worley, and more. Admission is free, but bring along some cashola for some scrumptious Dirty Love burgers and cold, frosty refreshments. And $5 for your copy of the CD (with cover artwork by Calhoun's Jordan
