Citrus-Tarragon Chicken Breasts


4 boneless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces) 
1/4 cup fresh tarragon, chopped 
1/4 cup olive oil 
zest and juice of 1 orange 
zest and juice of 1 lemon 
2 teaspoons salt 
2 teaspoons ginger, grated 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
1/2 teaspoon chili powder 
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground

Combine all ingredients, except chicken breasts, in a medium bowl. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag and add marinde, Seal and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Take chicken out of bag and pour marinade into a saucepan. Boil marinade for a few minutes.

Preheat grill for medium heat. Place chicken on grill and let cook for 10-12 minutes, turning once and basting with marinade. Remove from grill when finished cooking and serve immediately.
