Truthers Need to Read

First and foremost, Obama's first presidential executive order (#13489 - Whitehouse.gov and from the Federal Register) sealed his private records. 

As far as the Supreme Court goes, no case has reached them yet. One lawyer who was fined $20,000 for filing frivolous lawsuits against Obama because the plaintiffs did not have standing (had not been damaged by Obama) to file the suits. Her claim is different and she is filing for release of all of Obama's birth records for use in her defense. It is a long shot, but the judge could order them released to her for defense. Until a lower court rules that Obama has to release the records (if they exist), and it is appealed up through the system, the higher courts can't do anything. They cannot act unless a case is appealed to them by one side or the other. The court, even if it knows of wrong doing, is really powerless to act on its own. It can only act when a case is appealed to them. If there are any shenanigans going on, it is with Federal Court Judges.

As far as impeachment. It takes 2/3 majority of the House to bring a bill of indictment for impeachment. Then it takes 2/3 majority (67 votes) of the Senate to convict on the impeachment charge. With a Democrat majority in both bodies of Congress, it ain't gonna happen! (Nancy Pelosi signed the formal paperwork certifying Obama as a constitutionally legal candidate for the Democratic National Party prior to the election)
