Coffee-Chocolate Frosting

Kahlua_choc_coffee_cake_frosti

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound confectioners' sugar (3-3/4 cups), sifted
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons KahlĂșa or other coffee liqueur
  • 2-3 tablespoons strong, hot coffee
Cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the cocoa, coffee and liqueur. Beat until smooth.
